What the provider’s information says

HomeSafe Standard uses a help button and a home communicator. A fall-detection HomeSafe configuration is separate. On the Go combines mobile service, location features and fall detection.

Lifeline’s Canadian site says fees vary by equipment and local program, with a monthly fee and one-time activation. We have not verified a single national all-in price, so our comparison asks you to request a quote.

Before you choose

Ask for the complete local quote and service term, including the conditions of any installation promotion. Confirm the selected connection and safe testing routine. Lifeline says On the Go service is for use in Canada and needs cellular coverage.
